Production time

Please allow 5–10 working days from receipt of suitable, print-ready artwork. Delivery time is additional.

How to order

1. Place your order through the website.
2. Email your finished artwork to info@heirstyle.co.uk.
3. Include your Shopify order number in the email subject line.
4. We’ll check that the file opens correctly and contact you if there is an obvious printing issue.
5. Your artwork will be printed as supplied.

Artwork requirements

• Print-ready PDF preferred; high-resolution PNG or JPG also accepted
• A3 proportions and 300 dpi recommended
• Recommended raster size: 3508 × 4961 pixels
• All wording, spelling and image placement must be final before submission
• Files with different proportions may require cropping or may produce white margins

Please check before ordering

The file check confirms that your artwork opens and is suitable for printing; it does not include proofreading, retouching, colour correction, redesigning or reconstructing low-resolution files.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Low-resolution artwork may appear blurred or pixelated. By sending a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce all included images, text and designs.

Because this item is made from customer-supplied artwork, changes or cancellations may not be possible once printing has begun. Your statutory rights are not affected.
